Schedule a video call or a physical site visit to explore potential parks and homes. This will give you a better understanding of the available options.
Depending on your preferences, you can view existing homes (resales) or available plots where a new home can be placed. This step helps you to visualise and choose the best option.
Work together with Bambi or Jojo to find a mobile home that meets your needs and fits within your budget.
For Resale Homes: Pay a 10% deposit to secure the home. The remaining balance is due to be paid within 28 days.
For New Homes: A 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% will be due before the home is delivered to your chosen park.
For Pre-Owned Homes Sourced from the UK: Pay a 20% deposit. The remaining 80% is due to be paid before the home is shipped to Spain.
Once all payments have been made, you can fly to Spain on an agreed date, to meet with one of our representatives on-site at the park. The representative will hand over the keys to your new mobile home, and you can begin making wonderful memories!
Purchasing a mobile home in Spain does not require a lawyer or notary. The process is straightforward. If you prefer, you can still hire a lawyer for added peace of mind, but it isn’t necessary.
Once you’ve completed the purchase and have the keys in hand, you’re ready to enjoy your new mobile home in sunny Spain!
